Do we need to arrange design and plans for council approval?

No Bizibuild Design Consultants can assist you with the design and our Draftsman will prepare the plans for council approval. However if you already have an architect or a building designer Bizibuild can work along side them to ensure permit lodgements and approvals are handled professionally to get your job started and finished free of hassels

Is there any charge for the Design Consultant to come out and see us?

No Bizibuild Design Consultants will happily visit you and you will not be charged for our time

Does Bizibuild arrange Engineering drawings and Council Applications?

Yes Bizibuild will take care of every aspect of your design and building process so your new home, renovation or home extension meets all regulations and the building permit and occupancy permit are issued for you to keep on file

Is there any charge for the Plans?

If we are renovating or extending, can I still live in my home during construction?

Yes of course, Bizibuild complies with safety standards and regulations. Bizibuild has a high standard of cleanliness on site. Realistically there will be some dust, dirt and noise, however we will keep these to a minimum. Our friendly tradesmen use drop sheets and clean up after themselves. We have onsite bins for all the waste which we remove from site free of charge

Do your Design Consultants have experience in the building industry?

Bizibuild takes pride in our design team and thoroughly equips them with training. Bizibuild ensures that we present the very best in all our building services we offer so that our clients can be confident they are building with the best. All our design consultants have access to our engineers and suppliers to ensure you get the best concepts possible

Will the extension blend in with my existing home?

Bizibuild is able to make your extension blend in with your existing home. Bizibuild design consultants will ensure materials used give you confidence in the finished outcome

Are Bizibuild registered builders?

Yes Bizibuild are fully registered builders licensed to undertake any size residential or commercial construction job, many other builders are not licenced or only hold limited licences so it pays to check because your job may not be able to receive a permit or occupancy certificate if you have not engaged Bizibuild with an unlimited builders registration

Does Bizibuild have insurance cover?

Yes Bizibuild are fully insuranced to protect all our clients projects
