Buildings also produce 40% of waste going to landfill and 40% of air emissions. In Australia, commercial buildings produce 8.8% of the national greenhouse emissions and have a major part to play in meeting Australias international greenhouse targets.

Bizibuid services include office buildings (Building Code of Australia - BCA class 5) and public buildings such as libraries, art galleries, museums and similar cultural institutions (BCA class 9b), schools, hospitals, public housing, correctional facilities, embassies and Austrade projects of which many of the concepts and strategies we have outlined are relevant to those facilities building requirements.
